Frequently Asked Questions

No. Your WiredPB subscription is what your organization pays WiredPB for the software. Dues are what your players pay your team, and that money goes to your organization's bank account through Stripe. The two are billed completely separately.

On Team Pro and Organization plans you can set up monthly dues, one-time fees (for things like jerseys or paint), and fees for a specific tournament. A team can have several fees at once, charged to the whole team or to the specific players you pick.

First connect your Stripe account in Settings → Online Fee Payments, so every player can pay online. Then, on the WiredPB website (wiredpb.com), open Fees & Payments and select Add Fee to create monthly dues or a one-time fee. For a tournament fee, open the tournament on your schedule and add an event fee there. Every fee shows who has paid, who is due, and who is past due.

Fee management for admins happens on the WiredPB website (wiredpb.com), not the app. Setting up Stripe, creating monthly dues and one-time fees, recording cash and other manual payments, and reviewing who has paid are all done on the website. The one exception is a tournament fee, which you can also add from the tournament in the app. Players can view and pay their fees in the app or on the website.

Yes. Players can turn on autopay for monthly dues with a saved card or bank account from My Billing on the WiredPB website, and can update or cancel it themselves. One-time and tournament fees are never charged automatically; players pay those when they choose.

No. WiredPB does not add any fee or take any percentage of the dues your players pay. The only processing fee is Stripe's, which Stripe deducts before paying out to your bank account. Your WiredPB subscription is a separate, flat price for the software.

Yes. Cash, check, Venmo, Zelle and other payments made outside WiredPB can be recorded against a player's fee in a few clicks, including the date you actually received it, so a payment entered late still counts as on time. Every balance and payment history stays accurate whether a player paid online or in person.

Players can pay online by credit or debit card, ACH bank transfer, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, on the web or in the WiredPB app. Payments made in cash or another way can be recorded in WiredPB.

Your first payout after connecting Stripe usually takes about 5 to 7 days while Stripe verifies your new account. After that, payments typically clear to your Stripe account within about 3 days.

You decide. In your Stripe account you can set automatic payouts on a schedule (for example daily, weekly or monthly), or start a manual payout to your bank account at any time.

Use your team's Facebook page or Instagram page link. Stripe just wants to see that your team is real, because it takes on part of the liability for the payments it processes.

Yes. A player can be on more than one team in your organization, and even on teams in different organizations, all with one WiredPB account. Each team keeps its own practices, attendance and fees, so a player on two teams sees both schedules and only owes what each team charges them.
