11. Children and Minors

WiredPB may be used by paintball teams that include minors. However, children under 13 may not independently create or operate a WiredPB account unless WiredPB expressly provides a service or process designed to comply with applicable children’s privacy laws.

If you are under 13, do not create an account or submit personal information directly to WiredPB unless an authorized parental-consent process is provided.

Parents, guardians, coaches, and organizations should not create independent accounts on behalf of children under 13 in a manner that circumvents these restrictions.

If we learn that we have collected personal information directly from a child under 13 in circumstances requiring parental consent and appropriate consent was not obtained, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information.

A parent or legal guardian who believes a child under 13 has provided personal information to WiredPB may contact us at:

support@wiredpb.com

Teenagers between 13 and 17 should use WiredPB only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law or team policy.
