This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of the WiredPB mobile applications for iOS and Android (com.wiredpb.app) and any updates to them (the “App”), which are provided by WiredPB LLC (“WiredPB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
The App is also subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where this EULA and the Terms of Service address the same subject, the more specific provision applies to your use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Scope and Apple’s Standard EULA
For the iOS App, this EULA supplements Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple Standard EULA”), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. The Apple Standard EULA is the baseline license for the iOS App; the terms below are additional terms between you and WiredPB. If there is a conflict, the Apple Standard EULA controls the Apple-specific licensing points, and this EULA controls everything else, including the community rules in Section 3.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, WiredPB grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the App on a device you own or control, for your personal or internal team use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App; reverse engineer or attempt to extract its source code except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law; or remove any proprietary notices. WiredPB and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted.
3. Objectionable Content and Abusive Users — Zero Tolerance
The App includes features that let users communicate with one another, including Team Chat. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior on WiredPB. You agree not to create, upload, post, send, or share content, and not to behave toward other users, in any way that:
- Threatens, harasses, bullies, intimidates, or stalks another person
- Contains hate speech or attacks a person or group based on a protected characteristic
- Is sexually explicit, or sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor
- Depicts, promotes, or incites violence, self-harm, or criminal activity
- Is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringes someone else’s rights
- Shares another person’s private or identifying information without authorization
- Is spam, or distributes malware or other harmful code
By using the App you affirm that you will not engage in any of the above and that you understand accounts that do may be suspended or terminated.
4. Reporting and Blocking
The App gives every user tools to deal with objectionable content and abusive users directly:
- Report a message. From any message in Team Chat you can open the message menu and choose “Report,” select a reason, and add optional detail. Reports go to the WiredPB team for review.
- Block a user. From the same menu you can block the sender. Once you block someone, you will not see their messages anywhere in WiredPB chat. Blocking is available regardless of which teams or organizations you share. You can review and undo your blocks at any time under Settings.
5. Our Commitment
We review every report of objectionable content or abusive behavior and take action within 24 hours of receiving it. Depending on the severity of the violation, action may include removing the content, issuing a warning, and suspending or permanently terminating the responsible user’s account. We may act on violations we become aware of by any means, not only through reports. We do not, however, guarantee that every message is reviewed before it is sent.
6. Termination
This EULA remains in effect until terminated. Your license ends automatically if you violate any of its terms, and we may suspend or terminate your access to the App as described in Section 5 and in our Terms of Service. You may end this EULA at any time by deleting the App and, if you wish, your account (see Account Deletion).
7. Disclaimers and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, and WiredPB’s liability arising out of or relating to the App is limited as set out in our Terms of Service. Nothing in this EULA limits any rights you have under the Apple Standard EULA for the iOS App.
8. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary
For the iOS App, you acknowledge that this EULA is between you and WiredPB only, not with Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
9. Changes to This EULA
We may update this EULA from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by a reasonable method, such as in the App or by updating the date above. Your continued use of the App after a change takes effect means you accept the updated EULA.
